• 2-2-1 Press will accept original zines, comics, books, and DIY/handmade/small batch products such as stickers, buttons, magnets, postcards, prints, posters, and wearables on consignment. All consigned items must be pre-approved by 2-2-1 Press. Unsolicited items sent without approval may not be distributed and will only be returned if maker pays for shipping and handling.

• 2-2-1 Press will pay zine, comic, and book publishers 75% of the cover price per copy sold. For all other consigned materials and products, please contact us for payout terms.

• 2-2-1 Press will accept 5-10 copies of a consigned zine, pamphlets, or comics unless pre-approved by 2-2-1 Press. 2-2-1 Press will accept 3 copies of books for consignment.

• 2-2-1 Press will update each creator on sales at the end of each month. Payouts will occur once all items sell out or at the end of each month, whichever comes first. All payouts will be done via Venmo. Checks will not be issued.

• Items can be returned at any time. If the creator is not local, the creator must pay shipping for the return of consignment items either by deducting from sales or by direct payment.

• 
Unsold items will be returned at the end of one calendar year from when 2-2-1 Press received shipment. If the creator is not local, the maker must pay shipping for the return of consignment items either by deducting from sales or by direct payment. If creator chooses not to pay for return, 2-2-1 Press will assume ownership of the product.

• It is the creator’s responsibility to continually provide 2-2-1 Press with current mailing address, email, and phone number.


• 2-2-1 Press cannot be financially responsible for consigned items with unbound or fragile materials, loose items, etc.


• Consignment terms and conditions can be changed at any time. Creators will be notified of any changes and may request return of items rather than accept new policies. If the creator is not local, the creator must pay shipping for the return of consignment items either by deducting from sales or by direct payment. If creator chooses not to pay for return, 2-2-1 Press will assume ownership of the product.
